An Unexpected Gift!

The board president of the Strong City Preservation Alliance, Kay Lauer (center) was startled and delighted to accept an unexpected and generous gift from the Emporia Community Foundation (ECF), funded through the Jane and Bernard Reeble Fund.  Flanking Kay (to the left) is Becky Nurnberg (Executive Director, ECF) and Loni Heinen (right, Chief Financial Officer, ECF).
